Smoked Pumpkin Spice Latte

Ingredients

Pumpkin Creamer:

  • 1 small SUGAR PUMPKIN
  • 1 can SWEETENED CONDENSED MILK
  • 1 tsp PUMPKIN PIE SEASONING
  • PINCH OF SALT

Smoked Pumpkin Spice Latte:

  • ice
  • 8 OZ SMOKED COLD BREW COFFEE
  • whipped cream, to serve
  • cinnamon, to serve
  • nutmeg, to serve

Pumpkin Creamer:

  • 1 small SUGAR PUMPKIN
  • 1 can SWEETENED CONDENSED MILK
  • 1 cup WHOLE MILK

Smoked Pumpkin Spice Latte:

  • ice
  • 8 OZ SMOKED COLD BREW COFFEE
  • whipped cream, to serve
  • cinnamon, to serve
  • nutmeg, to serve

Preparation

This recipe uses Smoked Cold Brew Coffee.

When ready to cook, start the Traeger according to grill instructions. Set the temperature to 325 degrees F and preheat, lid closed for 10-15 minutes.

Cut the sugar pumpkin in half, scoop out the seeds and discard. Place the pumpkin halves cut side up on a baking sheet and brush lightly with olive oil.

Place the sheet tray directly on the grill grate and cook 45 minutes or until the flesh is tender. Remove from heat and place on the counter to cool.

When the pumpkin is cool enough to handle, scoop out the flesh and mash until smooth.

Place 3 Tbsp of the pumpkin puree in a separate bowl and reserve the remaining for another use.

Add the remaining ingredients for the creamer to the bowl with the 3 Tbsp of pumpkin puree and whisk to combine.

Pour the cold brew over ice, add desired amount of pumpkin spice creamer and top with whipped cream, cinnamon, and shaved nutmeg if desired. Enjoy!
